1. The surface treatment of the material is difficult to handle the erosion of the harsh environment for a long time: the so-called naked LED street light is generally a street light with the radiator directly exposed to the outside. Some owners think that the design of bare lamps is more conducive to heat dissipation, but the premise of such lamps and lanterns longevity is that the lamps must be installed in a relatively clean environment that is not affected by external harsh conditions. In practical applications, LED street lamps are all If it is directly installed outdoors, it may encounter various harsh environments such as acid rain, sandstorm, blizzard and snow, and the service life of the lamp will be greatly reduced, and the lamp must be replaced frequently.


In addition, the naked street lamp is very easy to accumulate dust and snow due to the structural nature of the radiator itself. 2. The rectangular design does not meet the windproof requirements: The rectangle mentioned here means that the LED street light is in a nearly square shape, and each surface is a large-area plane. Such a plane is better to bear the force. When the wind blows vertically from a certain plane, the plane cannot divide the wind force, thereby causing pressure on the lamp pole and the fixed structure of the lamp.
